Country star Taylor Swift is on top of the world after Swift was crowned CMA Entertainer of the Year but the 19 year old Taylor Swift is no push-over when it comes to her songs and income, which is why Taylor Swift is suing a sports bar for allegedly playing her songs without permission. Following a Taylor Swift host gig on Saturday Night Live and rumors of a Twilight romance with New Moon actor Taylor Lautner, Taylor Swift is making headlines by the day. According to Contact Music, Taylor Swift and her music are at the center of a copyright infringement sting operation brought on by Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI), the organization in charge of collecting license fees for songwriters and distribute them as royalties. Allegations claim that an Idaho sports bar named The Sports Cellar has been using Taylor Swift music without permission and got caught.

from Tokio Hotel fans. When asked about his favorite
song on the new Tokio Hotel album, Humanoid, Tokio
Hotel lead singer, Bill Kaulitz, revealed that
he leans toward "Dogs Unleashed" while the other
Tokio Hotel guys like "Noise" and "Automatic".

Crooked Vultures have arrived. Fans of the Foo
Fighters, Nirvana, Queens of the Stone Age, and Led
Zepplin can now dive into the new release by Them
Crooked Vultures, which consists of Dave Grohl,
Josh Homme, and John Paul Jones. A week after
news that the self-titled debut of Them Crooked
Vultures was leaked online, the official Them
Crooked Vultures album has gone wide as of November
17. Although Them Crooked Vultures are a new musical trio, their individual legacies far preceeds the band given the Nirvana and Foo Fighters background of Dave Grohl, Queens of the Stone age experience of Josh Homme, and the Led Zepplin legacy of bassist John Paul Jones.
