Season Finale of Warehouse 13 Ends with "MacPherson"
by Nadya Vlassoff

The hit summer SyFy series "Warehouse 13" has quickly become one of the marquee shows on the fan friendly network after giving sci-fi nuts an intriguing recipe of supernatural mystery. Although some have compared Warehouse 13 to The X-Files not only because of its two lead FBI agents, Pete (Pete Lattimer) and Myka (Joanne Kelly), but mainly due to their constant run-ins with the strange and paranormal on a quest to recover stolen or missing artifacts and save the world. Unlike The X-Files however, Pete and Myka deal with dangerous manmade objects that house supernatural properties, which gives Warehouse 13 its own identity.

After a premiere season full of surprises, Myka and Pete have lured in viewers with the help of a colourful array of misfits in Artie ( Saul Rubinek), Leena (Genelle Williams), and Claudia (Allison Scagliotti) while under the direction of Mrs. Frederic (CCH Pounder). As the race against the clock to recover stolen artifacts from Warehouse 13 comes to a close, fans get even more surprises in the two-part season finale.

Picking up for Part Two and the mystery behind the missing objects, which include Edgar Allen Poe’s pen, one of the recovered supernatural objects from last week’s episode, "Nevermore", Myka and Pete need all the help they can get as Claudia and Artie attempt to crack the code. But like every Warehouse 13 episode to date, nothing and no one is what or who they appear to be at first look. MacPherson (Roger Rees) has proven to be the obvious villain of the series but Artie’s arch-nemesis ends up testing everyone’s ability to trust their instincts.

"MacPherson" is a stellar ending to Warehouse 13 that takes parts of each of its 11 preceding episodes to make a season finale that will leave viewers begging for SyFy to get to work on the second season of Warehouse 13 immediately. The finale tests the entire team as MacPherson, the rogue agent, threatens to destroy the precarious balance that has been contained within the walls of Warehouse 13.

There are some things worse than death as MacPherson himself learns. However, the real damage comes as the once tight group begins to unravel when secrets are revealed and the most unlikely team member betrays them all. With more stunning visual effects to end on a visual bang, Warehouse 13 won’t leave loyal fans disappointed. What do the writers for Warehouse 13 have in store for next season? We can’t wait to find out.

I love your show so much! I am hoping that you all will have a way of bringing Marty back! He's too complex and great a character to be written off! I believe, somehow, he switched the Phoenix with a fake one that MacPherson took from him! He may have been carrying something else just as effective, though.

Great going on your terrific show! Thanks
